These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the transportation services provided by Westchester Limousine. By booking a ride with us, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide pre-arranged luxury car service, including airport transfers, long-distance trips, executive and corporate transportation, weddings, and group travel, throughout Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland, Orange (NY) and Fairfield County (CT).

Bookings & Reservations

Reservations may be made by phone at 914-222-1919 or through our online booking form. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability; same-day bookings are accepted based on availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from our dispatch.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are flat-rate and confirmed at booking, with no surge pricing and no meter. Quoted fares include applicable tolls unless stated otherwise. A flat late-night / early-morning fee applies to pickups between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM and is disclosed on your quote. Gratuity is at your discretion unless otherwise noted for group or event bookings.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, and corporate account billing. Pre-payment may be required for first-time bookings; established and corporate accounts may be billed after the ride.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made 4 or more hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are charged in full. Flight delays and cancellations beyond your control are not penalized — we track your flight and adjust automatically.

Wait Time

Airport arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing (45 minutes for international arrivals). Other point-to-point pickups include 15 minutes. Extended wait time beyond these windows may incur an additional charge, disclosed at booking.

Flight Tracking

For airport pickups, we monitor your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time if your flight is delayed or arrives early, at no extra charge.

Passenger Responsibilities & Conduct

Passengers must wear seat belts and comply with applicable laws. The number of passengers may not exceed the vehicle’s licensed capacity. Illegal activity is prohibited. Excessive cleaning required after a trip (including from spills or illness) and any damage caused by a passenger may incur a cleaning or repair fee.

Child Safety Seats

Child safety seats are provided free with at least 24 hours’ notice, or you may bring your own. Please specify the child’s age and weight when booking.

Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or missed flights or events caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We recommend allowing adequate lead time; our dispatcher will suggest a pickup time, but on-time arrival to your destination cannot be guaranteed in all conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Lost & Found

Please report lost items promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return items but are not responsible for property left in a vehicle.

Licensing & Insurance

Westchester Limousine is licensed and commercially insured. Westchester County TLC license #2600666. Our chauffeurs are licensed and background-checked.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
